PROJECT Progress Status

As of 2/2025 > Following 4 field tests between patient and various physicians, primary and specialists, this document has moved into the PROOFING READING + PEER RREVIEW PROCESS.  We look forward to providing a new tool to help our healthcare providers can quickly help reference you and your families medical history with radiation exposure and impacts or concerns.
Adding it to your Medical Health Record.  This was more easily achieved than expected. Successful  insertion into the patient record on first attempt. Subsequently, it easily accessed and referenced by various  providers over a 6 month period. Positive reviews came from both Primary Care and Specialists, well utilized the info during visits.
